He excels in diverse cuisines, blending Pan Asian Floribbean flavors sustainably. He explores modern cuisine and smoking techniques, crafting remarkable dishes like VEGAN bone marrow. His expertise spans restaurants, hotels, and country clubs.
Achievements include leading the Palm Beach Chefs Association, winning Best Asian Fusion Restaurant, and being named Cutting Edge Chef and Chef of the Year. His restaurant was voted Best Plant-based BBQ in the Southeast, and he received the Presidential Gold Medallion from the ACF in 2022.
